They even sent me a birthday card. Its like a family there and I truly recommend!"

"Very incompetent people work here. I showed up at 6 to take a drug test for my new job, and got sent away because it was too late. I had to be there before 5:45pm and was told to come back tomorrow. I then call their customer service to check and see their lunch hours. The guy I spoke with told me their lunch hours and that as long as I made it in by 6pm, they could do my drug test. I let him know I had been told a different time. At this point I wasn't mad or anything, these things happen. I come in today during my break to get my test done. I wait at the front for at least 5 to 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges me. I was then told their drug testing machine was down. I asked if it was down yesterday as well, the lady told me it had been. Why couldn't I just been told this when I came in yesterday? This is ridiculous. There is nothing I can even do about my wasted time. Please save yourself and don't come here. It's a waste of time. Even the one time I went here to see the DR. It was a joke. Save your time and money and go elsewhere."

"If you make appointments, respect them! You are getting paid for your services! You make an appointment call a person back with in fifteen minutes max. Had an appointment, no one in entire clinic other than staff. Why did I walk out fifty minutes afterward without being seen!!! Front desk told RN Paula three times, she is ready. RN and doctors just chit chatting away!! Normally I am patient but seriously!! Have respect for others time!!!"

"I haven't been here, but just upon calling this morning to ask a question, I wouldn't recommend. First of all, your website and your recording when one calls states prices range from $59 to $99, yet she can't tell me why BOTH say that, yet the prices start at $69. If your website AND your recording states $59 to $99, you should honor that, or correct your website and recording. Also, I inquired only for a refill. I told the lady what it was, she checked that it could be refilled. It is anxiety medicine that has been taken for a year now, so I don't need anything changed. I don't need a different dosage or brand, just need a refill since I don't have a doctor here. She says she can't quote me the cost of a visit because she isn't sure of the complexity of the visit. I shouldn't need labs or tests. I don't need a physical or anything else. Just need a refill and was told it could be done. Yet you can't tell me how much it's going to cost me to come in? You'll take my vitals, ask me questions, then refill my medication. Not difficult, and shouldn't cost more the the supposed to be $59, yet they would probably have charged $99 just to do it. I won't be going here for my refill."

"Usually this clinic is pretty good. Not this time around. I had a 1215 appointment time and was not brought back until almost 1245. Once in I had to get a shot and that took about five minutes so that's good. Once out I had to wait 30 minutes to actually pay my bill. I had to leave. When I left they took notice and decided to call me and said that they could take care of me now. I had already left to see an appointment. They said they would mail a bill instead. I had to have a routine TB test which needed to be read in a couple of days. They told me to come in and I can just breeze in and breeze out. That breezing in and out took 45 minutes. Then they wanted me to pay my bill at the time which they said earlier could not happen as it would have to be mailed to me. They don't seem to know what's going on in the office. Once past the office, the nurse practitioner was very kind and efficient. Train your office staff please."
