Absolute Urgent Care

"Took a family member in for Covid symptoms. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Due to having HMO plan had to call insurance to change PCP to a provider at the facility since they bill like a primary care facility. After calling the insurance we filled out the paperwork on a tablet. The medical assistant called us back and did some testing. Then we saw the NP who confirmed diagnosis and called in Rxs to local pharmacy. Overall, the experience was quick and effective. Would recommend for anyone in the Providence village/Aubrey area as there are limited options nearby. One thing I would point out is that the waiting area could use a cleaning - the floor and chairs were dusty and dirty. Another area for opportunity would be hiring a bilingual person to assist with spanish-speaking patients."

"Been here a few times & it’s always a hassle to be seen! The communication, the front receptionists, & overall process is very poor. I came in today and waited for 10 minutes and no one showed up to help. I called the location and they pick up. I said “I’m here in the front may I get some help? I’ve been waiting for assistance for 10 minutes”. The lady on the phone said they were in the back. I decided to just leave at this point. It’s very unfortunate. Once you do get help the Nurse and Dr they are nice which is why I gave a 2 star review. I really wanted to give them an opportunity."

"Came here once for my son, thought they were good and honest people. My child is due for a dental procedure and needed a physical done, called in twice and spoke to a woman and a gentleman and explained to them in FULL detail on why the physical needed to get done and they told me if I was not able to see my sons pediatrician then I would need to release his medical records and they’d be able to do it. I’m a single mother to three kids under 5, it’s struggle to go to place alone with all three children, but thinking they’d help me and get this done for my child, I show up to the appointment, did everything they asked me to so that my son could get his physical done only for them to tell me some sorry excuse as to why they aren’t “comfortable” doing it. Why are you in business for health care if you’re not “comfortable” performing a physical for a 4 year old child? They say it’s because his pediatrician needs to sign off but his pediatrician has NO availability until January of 2024. I gave them his medical history records like they asked, there’s no excuse as to why other than everyone here is incompetent. Pathetic. Take your business elsewhere, they don’t provide the services they advertise for. In response to this clinics excuse of a response, maybe tell the person that inquires for service exactly that, that they have to be a primary patient with your clinic in order for the physical to be done instead of telling them you could do it with the release of medical records from another provider. Retrain your staff, cause y’all are lacking big time."

"My wife went to the MedSpa side first and had an excellent experience with Donna. Later that same day, we met Aliza at a community event and she informed us that the urgent care side can do more than just sick visits. They have an array of treatments, including xrays and primary care. We went they for flu shots- walked in and were out in 10 minutes. The staff is wonderful, professional, friendly, and patient-centered. We will be using them for preventative and primary care."
