"Alliance Pediatrics is great! The staff is always very kind and helpful, and they all go above and beyond for us. We never feel rushed in a visit or when I call the nurse line to discuss a concern, they always take however long it takes for us to ask all the questions and voice any concerns. And Dr. Carter is just amazing! We love them!!!"

"We love it here!! We see doctor Courtney Carter. She is friendly and good with my children. Her visits are quick but she is kind and answers all questions. The staff is great. I have never had a problem getting an appointment when my kids need to be seen. Kids always look forward to getting doctor goodies (sucker,stickers & mini toy) at the end of the visit."

"While the office staff and nurses in general are polite and professional and even other physicians we absolutely will not be using Alliance Pediatrics moving forward due to the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior of Dr Gronberg. We’ve been going to this location for over 6 years and he’s always been a little rude but this last visit he decided it was appropriate to raise his voice at my child who was in pain from an ear infection. I realize kids can sometimes be difficult to reason with but there is a way to speak to someone to calm them (he’s 6 and in pain and told him what he was doing was hurting him and begging him to stop!) as opposed to yell at them and make the situation way worse. We will not be returning."

"Our daughter is a new patient. The office staff were friendly. Dr. Chandler was knowledgeable, informative, and personable. The only complaints we have are that the weigh station for newborns is in an open hallway. Your child is exposed to other patients and staff while getting weighed. Our daughter was very uncomfortable having to get undressed and move to an open hallway. Newborns are people who deserve privacy. Imagine getting undressed and walking into the hall way to be weighed. The other thing that I didn't like was that the nurse that gave our 2 month old her shots put her weight on our child's legs while they dangled from the table. She pushed her legs together and used her body weight to pin my 2 month old down to give her the shots. She asked us to hold her hand and arms down so she wouldn't move. My daughter looked scared to death and traumatized. Then, the nurse laughed on her way out of the room. I was enraged but did not say anything. I would rather hold my daughter for the shot. Newborns' legs and hips are still developing, and the nurse could have caused an injury by using her weight. I will not allow her shot to be given that way in the future. Also, the laughter was unnecessary and showed a lack of empathy for my crying child. Other than those two things, the appointment was smooth. The office is small, clean, and cozy."

"First time here and the front staff was friendly but seemed to be preoccupied with their personal conversations and the doctor rushed through the appointment made me feel like I shouldn't ask questions and when I went to pick up baby's prescription, the pharmacist noticed it was too high for my 1yr old so I had to wait 3hrs with a sick baby until they were able to reach the clinic so they could send the correct dosage. I'm very grateful for the pharmacist because I could've unknowingly overdosed my baby if she hadn't noticed and taken the time to talk to me and contact the clinic. We will not be returning and will continue to search for a clinic and doctor that make us feel welcome and take their time to make sure my baby is well cared for and prescriptions are properly done. I get accidents happen and it's holiday season but an overdose of my child is not something I can overlook."
