"We would gladly give 5 stars for all the staff except the gal who greeted us. We left the house 1 hr before our appointment, got stuck in traffic, but made it 12 mins before our 10AM scheduled time. Our greeting was "I was just fixing to cancel you for being late". I said "We made it thru traffic and are only 3 mins late" (for the last minute 9:45 change). She snared back "you are 6 mins late". I was on the verge of tears and offered to leave, but was told she would 'try to fit me in'. The waiting room was empty, we were called back to the exam room immediately and waited nearly 30 minutes. For someone working with patients in pain, she is not very welcoming, caring, or compassionate. She is the only one who made our visit less than a 5 star experience."

"TPI’s Dr. Bhatla and PAs have taken care of my chronic pain issues for at least eight years. Their friendly, frank, and helpful care has helped me continue to live my good life. I don’t know what I would do without them."

"Got no help till a shot in my back at third visit. Got about 40% relief for excruciating sciatic nerve pain all the way down my right leg. At fourth visit, they suggested I see it back surgeon as there wasn’t much they could do. I believe it was a complete waste."

"Worst experience ever. They told me my urinalysis showed a high amount of heroin in my system. I have never done illegal drugs in my life. They refused to show me the results and cut me off my meds immediately. I went through withdrawals for a while. This all happened after I canceled a procedure they wanted me to have. I spoke with my surgeon and he said that procedure would not help me at all. Now I am blacklisted from ever getting pain meds again, I have osteoarthritis and multiple spinal surgeries. These people are terrible. I went for a hair follicle drug test through Quest Diagnostics the week after and it came back clean."

"My first appointment was great. Dr. Bahtla is awesome. We agreed to start injections with anesthesia. Two days later I decided I didn’t want the anesthesia. I called the office to cancel that part of the procedure. I was assured my procedure date remained the same otherwise and was told the facility would call with a time to arrive. When that didn’t happen I called them and was informed my appt. Was canceled. I did not cancel the procedure. I’ve been trying to call for a week (for another reason) and can not get anyone to answer. I left Messages, including to office mgr, to no avail. I’ve waited at least 3 weeks for this procedure and now this. Complete incompetence"
