"At first I really liked this place for my psychiatric needs. The psychiatrist listened to me and our appointments did not last long at all and I got my prescription. For the past 2 times I needed refills something has changed. I call the office a week before my pills are empty, they say they’ll refill them but my pharmacist never hears anything. I call different people, I leave voicemails, I email the email listed on their website and nothing. I will be finding a new psychiatrist after this because I am no longer willing to risk my mental health because a doctor can’t be kind enough to refill my medication I’ve been on for over a decade."

"I've been using MAM for over a year and a half now. It's been a good experience. I do my appointments for psychiatry over Zoom and it's a real time-saver. Everyone has been good about calling me back if I leave a message. I've only had good experiences with them."

"I’d give less than one star if I could. I requested to see a female doctor and was met with a male when I went into my first appointment. Had to get that straightened out and after many visits I eventually said I felt my medication wasn’t working for me. They upped my dosage and told me if I came back saying the same thing in a few months, they wouldn’t consider any other medications until I went to counseling. When I still felt it wasn’t working for me, I just cancelled my next appointment knowing they’d only refer me to a counselor. When I told this to a therapist I got later on (at another place) she was SHOCKED to hear that- their job is supposed to be medication management!! I had nothing but an awful and stressful time here and my therapist told me every single one of the patients she’s seen that’s been there also experienced terrible service. The place should be renamed to Matter Above Mind- NEVER go here if you’re wanting to see someone who genuinely cares about your mental health."

"If it were at all possible to give this company and location a lower score than a 1*, I would! For my first visit, the appointment was for 1:00pm... around noon, I received a call asking me why I hadn’t made my “10:00 appointment”. I told them, “Simple... my appointment isn’t until 1:00”... I had to reschedule. Second appointment was for a medicine assessment. Appointment was for 10:00 and after sitting in the waiting area for over an hour, I was told that the nurse doing the assessment wouldn’t be able to see me. I had to reschedule. Third visit... my reschedule of the second... I go and I'm told that they moved my scheduled appointment to another day. I asked why nobody had contacted me to let me know. I was told, “I’m sorry... I hope you weren’t inconvenienced”... WHAT??? Fourth (and last) visit... reschedule of the rescheduled... I am told, after waiting 10 minutes in the reception area, that I need to show custody paperwork before they can do the medicine assessment for my daughter! Again... WHAT??? Why hadn’t anyone told me you wanted that before three trips out here??? In between, I had made a call for someone to please contact me to let me know the time of an appointment. That was 3-4 weeks ago and I STILL haven’t had a response to that call. Do yourselves a favor, people! Don’t even THINK of going here!! Not only will you get better service but you will get more personal and individual service at McDonald’s than you will EVER get at this location!!!!"
