"I appreciate when a business or medical facility provides personal touch and follow up to ensure I am doing ok. They - Cynthia, Zac, Andrey, Stephanie, Sheri, Susan and Dr. Houston were all very efficient, professional and compassionate. They sent me home with a thank you card signed by all and I DID receive a follow up phone call with a live voice on the other end the morning after my procedure. That's what I call excellent customer service. Thanks to everyone for making an unpleasant experience the best it could be under the circumstances. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family."

"My experience exceeded my already high expectations! My mother, father, sister, and now myself have all been screened at this location. My nerves were sky high due to losing my mother to colon cancer last month. However, the staff was so kind and reassured me that they will take care of me through the entire process. My prep nurse, Susan, was an absolute angel. She knows how to truly calm someone! My anesthesiologist, I believe her name was Amber, treated me so well. She explained her way of doing things and talked me through my worries. Dr. Houston is a class act. With him being the doctor who originally found my mother's tumors, I could do nothing but thank him. Without his help and expertise, we would've never have realized she had cancer. He expressed his condolences and told me that his job was, "To make sure my family never has to go through that again." That meant so much to me! From prep to procedure to recovery, I was truly cared for. I felt my voice was heard and that I was safe -- something I haven't felt from any medical staff in a LONG time. This center will take care of you and your family as it did for mine. I can't thank them enough!"

"If I could give 10 stars I would this Has to be the best clinic I’ve ever been to . very caring professional staff very willing to talk to you patient and understanding. My Team was the best I could ask for. They took their time to make sure I understood exactly what was going on, answered all of my questions, in great detail, and even answered some questions I didn’t know I had. . Very good people."

"I had a wonderful experience here. My check-in went smoothly and the person at the front was very helpful and nice! I had a late afternoon appointment which was wonderful because there isn't many people during this time on a Thursday (YAY!). They each made me feel comfortable making sure I was well taken cared of. Susan gave me warm blankets and socks before my procedure, there were Ryan and Reveley (sorry for the spelling) who had the best comforting and reassuring demeanor, and of course my doctor for my colonoscopy, Dr. Reema Lamba. I really felt I was well taken cared of by the staff here! I would recommend it to anyone. They are the best! Just remember, late afternoon is good for people who don't like the crowd!"

"This whole staff is rare in the best ways. From the front desk reception, to the prep nurse(s), to the doctor (Ramos), to the anesthesia doctor, to the procedure nurse, to the post op nurse/ they were awesome! Caring. Thorough. Precise. Explaining. Efficient. I cannot be more impressed with everyone there. Rare in today’s medical field. This was my first procedure and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable or treated any better."
