"Went yesterday morning. Not a good experience this time. I have a sinus infection. Doctor said she would call in Flonase which I can get over the counter and double up the dose to equal the prescription strength. Now, I feel worse and fluid is building up in my ear. Will have to see my PCP on Monday and be sick for more days."
"going in was great, until they are done with you. The medication they sent to the pharmacy is out. So the pharmacy recommended a different medication. I called the care now and they said they would send it in. They sent the same medication that the pharmacy doesn't have. So I called them back asked them to send in the correct medication and they said that the provider is out and is busy. I paid $180 for them to prescribe me this cough medicine and now I can't get it. By the time they send it in, I'll be better and won't need it."
"Had a great experience at Care Now. We saw an older doctor who walked with a cane. I wasn’t able to catch his name, but he was great. Explained everything and carefully prepared a treatment plan for my daughter. Really good doctor"
"Excellent and clean clinic. Came in on New Years Eve and was very warmly taken care of by the receptionist, the nurses, and the doctor. Very charming bedside manner that reminded me of my small hometown doctor I had growing up. Even had the pleasure of hearing the nurses be very friendly and calming with a child. Very happy with my visit here, thank y’all!"
"I love the wait at home option! When I arrived I was almost immediately called back. The medical assistant, x-ray technician, and doctor who cared for me were all very kind, supportive and professional. Also, there was very little waiting. From the time I was taken back until I was back in my car was one hour. I highly recommend this urgent care!"
