"Girl in the front doing her hair and talking .. dirty as hell . They always take so long to see u they open at 8 but the doctors gets here like at 10 so don’t make sense .."
"Took my son and waited 2 hours. The guy nurse made my son's nose bleed while checking for covid. I've came before and never did he bleed. After waiting a hour a mother walked in without a mask straight to the back to get attended as if she had special privileges. All us other families waited for 2 hours or more. 2 patients who got here after my son got attended. What do we need to get special attention like that lady who just walked in with our signing in and wearing a mask"
"Filthy dirty chairs, they need an audit for safety. Poor people they come get treatment for their illness and they take many germs home, because people are humble don't say anything. Some front office staff were professional but some medical staff in triage was screaming people's info, she needs a HIPAA refresher. I got distracted didn't see cash only sign anywhere so I left that dump, I only had bank card. The sign, they have the right to refuse services, good maybe they go to a better attended facility."
