"Sometimes the waits can be long so please be patient with them, but lately I haven’t had to wait longer than 15 minutes to get called in to a room and it takes 30 minutes max to complete everything. The ladies are very kind and fun to talk to, they listen very well. It’s truly a place of comfort."

Her name was Maria Gonzalez, I believe. Very knowledgeable, informative, and outstanding patient care. She was patient with me and addressed any issues I had. "Never had a long wait. Reception greets me by name and get me signed in. Doctor has always treated me with care and makes sure she explains everything to me. 5 stars!"
"Unless you want to wait to be seen then this is your office. 2.5 hours for an appointment and a few labs. Second appt 1:15 minutes I I still had not been seen. Had another appt schedule for eye doctor. Rescheduled 3rd appointment still sitting in waiting room 45 minutes. IF MY TIME Is NOT IMPORTANT why would I think they would take care of my HEALTH. Asked them to mail me my lab work, they told me We Don't do that. So I said then don't change me for it then. No one should wait a minute over 20 minutes when you have an appointment. Just plain rude."
"Ongoing good care for over 3 years. The wait time is frustrating, however Ms. Dodson never rushes you in and out. She spends the time each patient needs. I would give all the staff a B, they have been caring and understanding each visit. There is a cash price for folks who do not have insurance, $77 not bad if you ask me Only complaint, getting refills called in promptly."
