"Stephen has been the most helpful person I have ever dealt with at UPS! He takes pride in making sure my packages are safe and secure and arrive to my friends, family, and customers all without any damage. I have probably been the oddball customer even bringing in a piece of glass for him to ship across the country and he has successfully done it many times. If I could give them more than 5 stars I highly would. Shelby has also been a major help every time I’m just dropping off my daily packages or my once a week packages.
