"Some of the staff were nice, but unfortunately the MD (Vanessa) was extremely rude and disrespectful. Had an attitude the entire time she was explaining to me what was going on and was also trying to convince me I didn’t feel a certain way with my diagnosis when I would be the one to know the pain I am experiencing . Would not recommend. Please save your time and money and go to a different location."

"I was very disappointed that a person like this would be allowed to work in customer service helping people in need. Lupe at the Fabens office was extremely disrespectful and harsh words were used when she spoke of her coworkers. Her temper and cynical attitude made us feel uncomfortable never going back to that office again"
