"Had an appointment at 2:45 and at 4. Didn't get called into a room until after four. Waited over an hour there, never got seen. I got fed up and left at 5:30. Two minutes later i get a call that the dr is ready to see me. 3 hours after my initial appointment, which i was never seen for. If i wasn't from out of town i would have left sooner but i wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt, since when i asked what the hold up was i was told they were backed up. I tried to be understanding but this was ridiculous,without a doubt they wasted my time and resources. This was with Dr Lynda Odom."
"Had a great experience today at this clinic in my hometown. My son and husband had both been sick with strep throat and today I woke up feeling nasty as well. Everyone was very nice and I was promptly checked in and seen in a timely manner. The PA I saw was very nice and got me taken care of. Thank you and great job!"
"Love the doctors and nurses but the front desk staff ruins most experiences. They are rude, never seem to know what they are doing, they never seem to have my child’s information even though he’s never been anywhere else and was born there. They charged me multiple times when my insurance clearly covered the visit so now I have “credits” I will never be able to use."
"We love dr. Cotton and all of his staff. Service really does vary between doctors but our pediatrician that's absolutely the best. Dr. Cotton is very thorough and personable and his nurses respond to calls."
