"No plates in kitchen. No silverware in kitchen. Pots and pans are by request only. Bare room. No paper towels in kitchen. Single ply toleit paper in restroom. Questionable individuals in parking lot nightly. Staff are decent individuals and respectful, best part of stay."

"The rating would have been better. The room was actually okay, the guys up front were kind and helpful as well. But I stayed for 2 weeks and during that time items came up missing from my room. The manager never addressed the issue. Each time I stopped by the desk she was never there. I was told she’d call, she never called! I was told they’d look at the cameras, I never got an update. Housekeepers were the only people in my room. How’d items continue to go missing? Stealing! I checked out 4 days ago still no call. I told the employees upfront that the huge baby yoda held sentimental importance to my child. They could have showed they cared, offered compensation for my children’s things. That and a customized towel taken. Stolen. No call, not a care."
"The rooms were clean, we did not need any services, only stayed one night, and we got there three hours after check-in. We had shopping to do for a trip 6 hours were spent out the room,so really we stayed half a day really. The problem came on leaving. We were running behind leaving, children and all. At first, they were ok, and then they got rude about it, this was about 45 minutes. I could say that's just business, but I have to take a star off for being rude and unprofessional."
"Would of been a really good review if the maids hadn’t come in my room while I was gone even with the do not disturb sign on the door. And after I told the lady upfront I didn’t need room service because they came and asked her with me standing there. Literally watched me leave and then decided to go in my room this was after 3 p.m. Just a little over price considering the location, service and noise."
