El Campo Memorial Hospital

"The worst and expensive hospital I ever seen... all the beds are horrible, the nurses are horrible, the place is a rat hole nothing works in the place and there are bugs in the rooms, no one cleans anything.. I have had to stay twice and it scary.. the nurses have the worst attitudes,I had to complain on 2 of them last time and now having to again, Nothing's done on time in manner if you need pain medication. Good luck , one of the nurses was super rude and kept putting me off and then told me that she is goning get it and she'll be right back with it and after an hour or so I had to push the call button and ask was she still available and getting it And she never went to get it , She went home, and then had Pick up love the triage nurses laughing at me , bad place"

"A little disappointed that I had xray done 7 days ago, but now in Dr office and you never faxed results over in 7 day? You had order w/ Dr info on it."

"If I could give less stars I would. The doctor we seen tonight is good. Staff meme ers not so good. Everyone is overwhelmed and grouchy. A girl let one patient in before us then never came back to the door. She instead went to sit at the desk then get up and be on her phone. One kind nurse did check us in as another one took over when telling her we were there for an allergic reaction and that my daughter had spots everywhere her respose was rudely “where”. I get it you’re busy and I guess understaffed but bedside manner should never be that poor. I know now to always go to bay city hospital from now on. Service and bedside manner is always great no matter how busy they are."

"Absolutely love Riha and wish she would leave this awful place. They never answer their phones, very unprofessional front desk is always sitting on their cell phones and have attitude when you ask for anything. The place is old, dirty, and really needs a remodel or at least new ceiling tiles to cover up all the leaks. If I could give them zero stars I would."

"I will be the 1st to admit that I was hesitant about having my Dad at this hospital to treat his sickness from some of the reviews I read. He had to be brought to the ER 7 weeks ago because he had pneumonia covid. He went directly to ICU and spent about 3 weeks there, in which he received very professional and loving care. It was a pleasure dealing with the nurses that I kept in contact with, like Alyssa, Eileen, and Katrina. You all took excellent care of my Dad, and got him to where he needed to be to survive. I will always be grateful to you all that took care of him. He has been in physical therapy in PAM, Victoria since leaving your facility and is scheduled to come home tomorrow!"
