"The hospital is very clean, most of the staff if really nice. The only problem is the wait, it literally took them about 3 hrs to get us into a room it’s crazy. There was people in the waiting area that look like they were in pain and they were not seen with urgent care. This hospital needs to step up their game. The doctor that saw us was nice and we ended up leaving without a discharge paper because the lady said “I’ll be right back with your discharge papers” and almost an hour later and no sign of her. Like how long does it take for you to go get some papers. It’s ridiculous."
"Was seen very quickly and efficiently. I cut the tip of my thumb and it would not stop bleeding. Was not sure if I needed stitches or not. Thanks to everyone there for helping me. I did not need stitches, thank goodness. I would recommend using y’all to anyone."
"Long wait in ER on a non busy night. Over 2 hours to see doctor. When I finally saw doctor he was amazing. I cannot understand why it was an hour before a nurse checked on me and almost 2 hours before they did anything other than put me in a room. There might have been 4 people-patients at the ER during this time."
"I went for imaging this morning. Everyone was super nice! The receptionists, check in lady and my tech were all very friendly and helpful. The facility is gorgeous, too. What a great experience! I will recommend them to everyone!"
"I went in for a not fun procedure but the nurses and staff made it not so bad. Checking in was fast because I pre-registered online. The staff was really nice, the nurses were fantastic. They kept me giving me warm blankets, kept the lights low and relaxing. My husband was allowed to hang out with me. Everyone communicated so thoroughly. That was the best cat nap I have had in 6 years. My only regret is following instructions and not making big purchase decisions otherwise I would have a mini highland cow in my pasture."
