"Terrible experience they tried to charge us for tampering or turning the water back on that they never turned off I save everything had it when I talked to the manager and let him know I have a camera outside to prove it.he did see it was paid and took off the fees."

"I moved out 2 months ago and so far have been charged twice for a water bill. I called 3 times, the last one being today and I was told that I wasn’t telling the truth because if I would have called, it would be in the system. I don’t appreciate being called a liar. And I haven’t seen any money refunded. If you have any choice, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
