"I went through and got a 2 for 5 with a fry and large soda, I get to the window and get my food and drink, as I always do I request a bbq sauce for my fries, which I know they charge .63$ for, the young woman in the window then says “we have to charge you for it” to which I never said I didn’t care paying for it, that’s the reason why I asked for it…. ANYWAYS I pay for my sauce and go to pull out, I take a bite of a fry…. Its like ice cold, so I come back around to the window to which I hear the employees snickering “what’s wrong with it” to which I ask the lady “can I have fresh fry’s?” And she slams the bag into the trash and goes “he wants fresh fry’s since he had to pay for sauce” I never said that, I only requested fresh fry’s because it was the only food item on my order and I would like it to be fresh, it’s not my fault they didn’t ensure the quality of my food before sending it out of the window. Terrible service."
"Stopped in for a quick burger and it was quick and nice an hot ...one problem I can't stand pickles and it had pickles and I had asked for no pickles. I just ran in and the manager Chris was super nice kept apologizing for it and had a fresh one made in no time flat so south side DQ is a great place to stop"
"This dq not only made the best ice cream I've had in awhile all the staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean and well maintained."
