"Mr. Contreras is a terrible lawyer. When going through our adoption process he began with stating that it will cost X amount of money and because it was a step child adoption we wouldn’t need anymore. He understood that we would be moving due to military and he stated that is ok as he will mail us a certified copy of the adoption. Additionally, as a part of the cost, child support from the ex husband would be stopped. At the end of this, he failed to give us a certified copy of the adoption and child support did not stop. He never returned calls, or emails and when we did get a hold of him or his secretary, they were extremely rude. Additionally, his cost contiuned to exceed the original agreement. He is condescending and does not have the best interest of his client in mind. I would never recommend him to anyone for any situation."
