"Very disappointed with the way the whole process went first and foremost I won’t take credit away for the receptions trying to schedule an appointment last minute however we were given misinformation throughout the entire phone conversation I was told the amount for consultation which was $100.00 before me even paying I specifically asked can you all given me an appointment today which the guy said yes ma’am I spoke with one of the “attorney” and they said yes I made payment I waited and to my surprise 5 min later he comes back to tell me they can no longer provide service for today which was 12-6-23 and that I had to reschedule I told the guy I was very disappointed for misinformation I felt “scammed” if you ask me. I was very detailed on the questions I asked…. Then he tells me the attorney got “busy” and that it’s best for me to wait till the next day so that I could speak with the best one which is Jose Hernandez I later said no just refund me my money he then put me on hold AGAIN and all of a sudden Jose Hernandez is in the office to which I told him politely no thank you I no longer want the services and I would like my money back to which he replied “oh don’t worry ma’am we are not keeping your money” why the “smartnest? Who know to which i replied oh the same way I paid and within second my money is withdrawn is the same way I’ll request for the refund even if it was $10 dollars it’s my money and I deserve the refund for a service never provided I did not like the first time impression nor behavior from such “attorney” if I didn’t have the money I wouldn’t be looking for an attorney to begin with. This is for proof that I am still waiting for a receipt of my refund."

"Wild, I called them with my fathers phone only for it to not even dial so I decided to call with my phone and crazy enough if it went through. I told him why they weren’t answering and they said sorry our system is down after asking what the name was to look it up in their system. Now they blocked my phone number so I gotta keep getting new numbers to call them."
