"Loved staying here. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished, which made it easier for 2 people to get ready under a time crunch with a shared bathroom much much easier. Staff is friendly and responsive, and the lobby opens up right into the mall which made things very convenient"
"I was here for a work conference and the really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were super clean. The beds, comforters, and pillows were probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Service was great. Great place to stay!"
"Attended a healthcare compliance conference in one of the ballrooms. The drive from Arlington at rush hour was tolerable, and navigating to the appropriate parking garage was mostly painless. Once inside the hotel, the signage was excellent and the hotel staff (mostly waitstaff who served lunch and snacks/coffee/tea) were deferential and helpful. My only complaint, and I would defy you to find anyone in the room who disagreed, is that for the entirety of the seminar, it was unreasonably cold to the point of real discomfort for some attendees. It was a little ridiculous, just how cold the temperature of the room was maintained for 8-1/2 hours. Otherwise, it was a great conference in a perfectly adequate location."
"This was one of my better hotel stays. The service is great and the rooms clean. Hated the desk chair, as it is the wrong height for the desk, but it was off set by the amazing bed. I usually can’t sleep well in hotels, because the beds are horrible. This one - exactly wonderful. Not too firm, not too soft. Fell asleep in minutes. Will be back over and over!"
"I’ve had a great experience from the check in until check out. Angel at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. He was extremely attentive to my needs, competent, and motivated. My room was quiet with comfortable bed. The hotel located right next to Galleria mall. You can even enter the mall from the hotel. Overall I am happy about my stay and definitely will be back. Thank you!"
