"0/5. Do not let the photos mislead you like they did for me and my husband. This place is a mess; it's dirty, smelly, and dusty, and don't even get me started on the front desk guy. The weed stench was so bad I felt like I was getting high. You might think the lobby is nice from the decorations, but once you leave that area, it goes downhill. When we got to the room, we were mortified. It almost has an eerie feeling in there because of how gloomy it is. We lasted about 15 minutes in the room before we accepted our loss on our 5-day stay. We went up to the front desk to tell him we were checking out, and honestly, we did it so nicely, but he didn't apologize or even care to ask why we were leaving. Overall, it was a horrible 20 minutes. Luckily, we got refunded by Priceline, and we found the Ramada by Wyndham DFW Airport, which is outstanding, clean, and made us so much happier."

"Please, do not stay here if you care about yourself. The only plus - the staff were very nice but need to staff more for the bar area (the bartender was very nice and the drinks were good but didn't understand why there was a young lady assisting him that couldn't speak English). The negatives - this place is outdated. From the surface (lobby, big party room) it looks retro and nice. Taking a closer look, cracks in the foundation, the walls/lighting very dusty and old. The hallways? From a scary movie. The ceilings are so low that it feels like you will bump your head. The halls smell like weed and oldness. The rooms? We only had sheets on the bed. No blanket. Where they do that at? Had to call the front desk to get it. Towels? 2 big towels, 2 face towels - that's it. The hotel staff all had on different clothes (one man had on a poncho). The food? Breakfast (bacon was greasy, pancakes were small), dinner (mashed potatoes, string beans, pasta dish - didn't understand the flavor or either it had no flavor, meatballs - these were good)."

"Very beautiful older hotel. Lobby has crystal chandeliers and a sunken dining/ lounge area that is absolutely beautiful. I hope they don’t remodel it. Just gorgeous. Service is excellent."

"We pulled up and the parking lot wasn't lit at all, so it should have tipped us off at the first. But we kept giving it the benefit of the doubt. The lobby looks nice, but also cheap the closer you look. Once you get past the lobby, it all goes downhill from there. I am 5'3" and I could nearly touch the ceiling in the hallway without a ladder, and the hallway had a heavy smell of weed all over. The rooms are not cleaned well. We were there about 15 minutes and decided to just leave for another hotel. A cop was patrolling this specific hotel as if it's normal that he has to, which is more concerning than the cleanliness. 4 young ladies on a Friday night here is not safe. Just don't go here."

"Hotel is absolutely terrible! The owner should be ashamed!!! The lobby is absolutely beautiful that’s how they get you in the door however the hallways are smelly, the rooms are dirty! The toilets don’t work, staff doesn’t wear uniforms, parking lot has pot holes, the pillows dirty, crickets in the bathroom, bed has stains, fridge sits on the floor. We had to go buy bleach and Lysol to clean the room. I will never stay at this hotel again. The owner needs to do better. Making Wyndham look bad!"
