"Location : Well centralized in a commerce hub in frisco. Service : not super helpful we were stationed 3 floors above an outdoor fire pit near the bar. The noise of drunks being drunks downstairs was intolerable till the bar closed at around 11:30 pm each night, far past closing hours. So, couldn’t sleep till they went in of course..Mentioned it to the front desk and “they couldn’t hear anything but would mention it to them to keep it quiet”, yeah I appreciate the thought but that does nothing. When we arrived, our body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. Room: as seen from the above, the walls must be made of expertly crafted paper mách. Won’t be back at this one, and honestly may be burnt off alofts in general. Will recommend that anyone traveling to the area avoid this one, especially travelers who are coming from a long distance and could use sleep lol."
"This aloft is like the others however the front desk staff (yubia) I believe her name was is amazing. She worked on the morning and must have worn so many hats but ensured that you got the attention you needed. She made my morning every day being so positive. The bar tender at night was great as well. They had an indoor and outdoor fireplace so it was cooler at night and it was nice to have the fire. The fire pit didn’t work which was a bummer so hopefully they fix that. Location was good and walking distance to a ton of places with sidewalks all over so I didn’t even need to rent a car."
"Great price, modern rooms nothing super fancy but a very comfortable stay! You won’t be wowed by this hotel but you will want to come back. I don’t know about you but I am never a fan of an old feeling room with odd upgrades. These rooms are spacious and comfortable"
"A lovely boutique hotel with good service (including shuttle bus service within 5km of hotel). Room is very nice and tidy and big windows for nice sky views. Extremely convenient location with target and restaurants within 5-7min walk just behind hotel."
"Excellent location, right next to a Tesla charger and walking distance from any store you can think of. The service from every shift was exceptional! The rooms were modern and clean. This hotel is pet friendly and won't break your bank with the nominal pet fee. Super recommend!"
