"DO NOT EVER STAY AT THE 377 RV PARK!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! The owners don't care how their business is being ran. As they condone Kodi the office managers unhinged behavior, of harassing me day in and day out, coming to my lot DRUNK & AFTER HOURS around 8:30 pm, and then manipulating two special need adults to make complaints so that she could turn around and wrongfully evict me. Because all her other "complaints" were straight lies and finally she was able to get someone to put it on paper. Sad cause they both have the mind of a 4 year old."

"Great location, Manager (Kodi) is straight to the point but is very friendly. All utilities + WIFI paid. Neighbor's on all three sides are awesome & we help one another anytime we can.also, Laundry facility is incridible."
"We stayed here for a 6-7 months while building our house. I thought it was great! We were right on the "creek" which was nice to look out on. We met some lovely friends with dogs. My Poppy personally loved all the squirrel watching. Kodi runs a tight ship just the way you want it. They really do try to create a family atmosphere with all the residents. And it's a great location close to shopping and retail. I would recommend 377 RV to anyone who needs a long-term RV Park. The only negative is the water pressure is not great, but the lodge has showers to use for a minimal $ during your stay."
