If this is how it goes just to schedule, can't imagine if I have any concerns about my case and want to get a hold of anyone.. I do not recommend Very bad service. Just to make an appointment, they had me on the phone for approximately 30 minutes, and I couldn't even make it, because after taking my name, they put me on hold. If this happened through an appointment, I don't want to imagine how difficult it will be to communicate with them when I actually have questions about my case. I don't recommend this place."
