"If I could give 10 stars I would. I loved everything about this hotel. My room was clean and there were extra towels in the bathroom. It was quiet. My room had a nice view of downtown. Only bad thing is the parking, there is no elevator. I will definitely come back."
"The service simply put was great! The front desk individual who greeted me was very friendly, and quick to offer local dining suggestions for my overnight stay. It wasn’t until I woke up the next morning to find what appeared to be mold on my sheets. I had initially fallen asleep on the couch, when I woke up to go to the bed it was pitch black which is why I didn’t notice the mold spots until the following morning. If I were to have noticed the mold, I would’ve requested an immediate room transfer. I’m sure this experience is atypical, though it’s certainly worth mentioning to future guests. "I enjoy the location as it's central to some good restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The hotel rooms are always clean and kept up with during your stay. My only complaint about this location is that 4 out of 5 times the staff are not very friendly, and talk in a tone that they are annoyed with you."
"We stayed here on a long road trip. We arrived at 1:15am on 12/23 and were so impressed to have such great service at this time of night. Breakfast at the bistro also exceeded expectations. The Starbucks was fantastic. My only complaint was that the oatmeal could have had some nuts, cinnamon, and/or dried fruit. The blueberries were fine but every other dish is so much more elevated- it was disappointing this wasn’t much other than oats and blueberries."
"My husband and I spent one night here and I really liked the room and location. We had been driving for a while so was tired and hungry. The front desk staff was very courteous and welcoming. The cookies in the lobby were delicious! Great location - restaurants in walking distance. The room was very cozy and spacious. The room was also very clean! We had a room with a king bed. I liked the love seat and the big sized TV. It was comfortable to relax and watch TV and we got a great night sleep. Hotels beds are typically too soft for our liking but our bed was on the firmer side. We still prefer a more firmer bed but it was refreshing that it wasn't super soft. We will definitely stay here again when driving through Amarillo!"
