"The hotel is very outdated and needs a refresh. The rooms have some serious signs of wear. The staff was very friendly but that’s about the only thing that is nice about this place."
"I have stayed at this location at least 6 times travelling for work. Great location, plenty of restaurants close by. You can tell this is not a new building, but it is clean and everything I interfaced with works well. The fitness center is well appointed. The rooms are always clean with fresh linens. I did have to ask for shampoo one time at the front desk and was immediately given shampoo by the friendly staff. The breakfast is always hot and fresh and well stocked."
"The night clerk was very polite and helpful. The two men in the morning were less. They had us redo the pet waivers that we had done the night before. They called after check out to ask us if we could return our remote and insisted we would be charged $75 for it. We were in a block of 3 rooms and 2 remotes ended up in one. Not damaged, sitting right by the TV."
"I wish there was a star rating available for overall condition of this property. I'm Hilton Gold. Not bragging but I have seen a fair number of Hampton Inns and this one is really strange. First impression was the trash in the flower beds in the parking lot. Next was the overflowing trash can at the front door. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Second floor hall carpet is plain worn out. The pile has separated from the backing and needs to be replaced. Once in our room all is well. Clean and tidy. This property still has bath tubs which is a plus in my book. I suggest more attention is paid to the exterior maintenance and spend some money on refreshing the public areas."
