He was flexible and accommodating with my ever-changing schedule and replied to every question and ask within minutes. Once I scheduled the work, he and his team completed the job over 3-days, showing up as promised and leaving before dinnertime. My kitchen now looks brand-new, like it was completely remodeled. "We contacted Kelly of Twissted Design to see about replacing some wire shelves with built-in cabinets in our home, installing hardware on our kitchen cabinets and drawers, and replacing another wire shelf with a wood shelf. He was able to come out the very next day to take measurements, give us an estimate, and explain his process. We decided to hire him based on pictures of his other work and his fair pricing. He was very communicative and professional throughout the whole process with updates on the design, timing, etc. He came out to install everything recently with his worker and we are absolutely thrilled with how everything came out. They were punctual, clean, had extreme attention to detail, and delivered superior quality work. I couldn’t even wait for the clear coat to dry before getting pictures of our new cabinets. I would definitely hire him again."
