"Erin (the owner) is very good to work with. We did run into an initial hick-up and some shady behavior with one of her delivery people (who I would not recommend that delivery person or service to anyone). But Erin stepped up quickly when I called her and she took care of it and worked the problem. I did have a couple of things come loose on one of the Prestige seats and she immediately sent someone out to fix (free of charge) and again was quick to act and very stand up about the process. Overall my experience with Erin and some of her colleagues has been very good and I would recommend working with her and her business. The couple of small fixes were taken care of and seem to be working fine now at the time of this post. That is why I give McCabes 5 stars."

"The experience was fantastic. After going to many other places that say they have the best and could do the best deal, I found that they really don't and when you don't buy right away they just loose interest in you. Not so with McCabe's Theater & Living. Erin spent a couple of hours with our initial selection and then assisted with color selection. Once we completed the selection, Erin was able to provide a fair price for our budget. Prior to delivery she kept us informed to the status of our order, over 8 weeks. On delivery day, the crew was fantastic and ensured that all seats were setup where we wanted them, ensured that everything worked properly and were very polite. Could not have asked for better. The order said "White glove delivery" but was actually White glove with platinum service delivery. I recommend McCabe's Theater & Living to anyone looking for either theatre seating of even living room seating."
