I was pleased with the kindness from Robert. 7 months later, I had to visit them again for two more box springs and a mattress. Nathan, provided the most genuine above and beyond customer service experience I have being exposed to in a long time. One of my items was damaged, I called Nathan and with no hesitate he assisted me and exchanged the item for me. Nathan went above beyond to putting together the box spring for me. Nathan helped me find a nice desk and beautiful gold floor lamp from Target brands (for much cheaper than sold on their website!).
