"I purchased an outdoor kitchen from this company in January of 2016 and it has been nothing less than the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They have given me the runaround since the beginning. They have come out twice to repair cracked tiles and grout and the repairs were shotty at best if I could post pictures on this page you would be shocked. On top of that the thatching on the Palapa has already been replaced once but it has again started falling apart. The thatching has stretched so much that it is almost touching the grill and the change in color and the mold forming is just a huge eye sore. I am embarrassed to have a BBQ because everyone must think that I paid a huge amount of money for this terrible outdoor kitchen. Just so everyone knows I am not just complaining without trying to work with Bruno and Aaron it has just hit a point that future customers are aware of the type of product and service they are buying into. I will update this every day until this company rebuilds my whole top surface and replaces the thatching and not with the brand that they already used twice."

"Don’t buy it!! We purchased both items when at the TX State Fair 2015 last year. As of today, neither have been completed. They have been delivered and are incomplete. The grill has tiles missing, tiles broken, and is very dirty. The fire pit has yet to be completed. The “bowl” of the pit doesn’t fit into the table, the gas has not been connected and it is also very dirty. The glass stones that go in the pit that were promised have never been delivered. Many times, Aaron has promised that he will fix it, clean it and complete both items. More than once, he lost his phone or it didn’t work was a usual excuse. He would say he would come and then days later text or call to say he was out of town, also an excuse. My husband tried everything to get this completed, texts, phone calls and we even went to the “shop”. Basically, there is no shop, just a garage in a storage place. The TX State Fair 2016 starts in a few days and we have decided to quit pursuing this firm and finish it ourselves. Please do not waste your money on anything this company wants to sell. If I could I would give this a -5 star rating."

"Inexcusable behavior for a professional company. Lies, false promises, ignored calls/vmails, unkept appointments. I bought from them in Oct2015, and I've yet to get the product installed."
