"I don't know how to describe this place, but it looks sad and runs down on the day I visited. Employees seem like they don't want to come in to work or something. I'd have visited this store in the past, and it wasn't sad looking like that. Well, I guess it all depends on management, and I won't be back."

"I love this place. I should not be allowed to go there alone with money during Christmas. It's where I buy all my Christmas lights, decor, and gifts. It's great all year round though. They have furniture, clothes, food, and more."

"I'm slowly rediscovering Big Lots and I love it. I was on the hunt for an air mattress but wasn't in the mood to deal with major parking lot traffic at other stores. I drove by and figured I'd peek inside. Low and behold not only did I get the air mattress (on sale), but I picked up a few pillows too. I figured why not see what else I can cross off my list? The home decor section has a few beautiful ideas for wall art, picture frames, rugs and artificial plants. I also suggest looking at the towels and window treatment. And furniture? There's pretty nice furniture here. The pantry area is what I passed on. The prices are not as competitive as the grocery store. If you're in a bind, fine. If you're not, stick to the grocery store. Overall, a pleasant first visit."

"I recently visited this store and had the pleasure of interacting with the assistant store manager Jessica. She is so kind and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. This lady is just amazing. I told her what I needed (sheer curtain panels) and she took the time to not only help me, but went above and beyond to make sure that there weren’t any extras in the back that had not made it out to the customer area. I needed 6 panels and they only had 2. She searched and couldn’t find any more. That right there was more than most people would do. But she went even further and searched all the stores in the system within 100 mile radius. But she didn’t stop there. She went so far as to call the stores that showed in her system to have them in stock and double checked with them that they did indeed have them before I drove all the way to the other stores (I had to go to 2 more stores to get all the panels I needed). And the whole time she was being called by other workers to the register and answering questions they had, and helping another customer, and it seemed like she was being pulled in 100 different directions. But she juggled it all so gracefully and still took the time to help me and I was just blown away. If you are ever in this store, ask for Jessica, you will definitely be taken care of! I will visit this store from now on because of her! Thanks Jessica, see you soon!"
