"Brianna and Jared were the most helpful sales reps that I have met in a very long time. Brianna was very welcoming when I came into the store. She made me feel really at ease when I was trying out each bed it didn’t seem as awkward laying on a bed in the store with strangers lol. Jared was very helpful with helping me select the accessories for my bed. He even went as far as to tell me the story on how the beds are made When he visited one of their manufacturing facilities. "I bought a mattress in March.. it was labeled as medium firm, but just after the time limit to return it, it became super soft ..so much that I would sink into it at night and not be able to move. It was stifling and so hot and uncomfortable. I wasted $4000. I ended up buying a mattress from Sam’s Club for less than 1000 and it’s much, much better. The other complaint I have about this company is that the promotion they had going on when I bought the mattress was $200 worth of free product. I wanted a pillow. They didn’t have the pillow I wanted in stock. So they ordered it. It has never arrived. I’ve called the store three times, stayed on hold with customer service for so long. And I’ve even stopped by the store in person. No one was able to tell me anything or help me. Its December now, still no pillow. If I could give this company zero stars, I would.. go buy a cheaper or higher quality mattress anywhere else but here. You will regret spending money with this company."
