"I brought my own passport pictures that I took at CVS. As I handed one of the ladies my passport pictures, she said it might be too small of a picture. I was very concerned by her statement because that would mean having to go back and retake the picture and wait another 4 hours. I asked her if it was the right size after all, so she took out this square measuring tool that checks to see if the picture meets requirements. She said it is fine. I left thinking everything was handled. Two weeks later I get a letter from the department of state stating the picture was inadequate. Now I have to change my travel plans, because of that I'm out an extra $400. Do not come here. They are incompetent!"
