"Wow my product under warranty. But I have to go get another one on my own. I don’t know the store. They move things . Need a map.cant find anyone to help just pointing and describing the area it’s in. Then once u get yr product stand in another line just to exchange it. If u got the right one. After u already stood in a line so u can exchange it. So disappointing and frustrating."

"Don’t fall for the lies and purchase the membership!! How do I explain this, the prices are great and they always have the products I need in stock, but the employees definitely need more training on the Best Buy membership. They push and push you to purchase the membership and explain only enough so that you buy into the lies. The certificate never comes and when you contact them they say it did and it expired and they can’t re-issue it because it comes from CitiBank and not them, or else they would gladly reissue the certificate. Which is a wonderful way to get out of the offer they used to convince you to pay for the membership in the first place. I can probably go on and on about the other issues with the membership I encountered before I canceled. My advice is don’t do it, don’t fall for the lies and purchase the membership!!"
