"After waiting over 5 months for a bed which I'd ordered from another manufacturer which was backordered every three weeks (each time it was supposed to have been delivered, I got another back order notice) and sleeping on the floor the whole time, I called San Carlos about this bed that I had seen on their site. It came in 3 weeks and I could not be happier. Rachel kept in touch with me right up through delivery, which included a very helpful driver. The bed is 10x more solid than the original one I'd ordered and I like it even more."
