"I put in an application for approval. The manager said they didn’t get it so we did it again. We paid 2 times and then didn’t get approval. Now this company is giving me the run around after telling me they would give me back the amount that we paid the first time since it was their system that messed up. Now it’s been over a month and nothing! I will not go through this again or recommend them"
"The management is amazing, the community is starting to clean up a good bit. Still has some sketchy people in the community. I've seen a lot of improvement since I moved. I hear some of the homes are a bit expensive, but if you want a nice home anywhere you will end up paying a nice price."
