"Terrible response time when there is an issue! My freezer has been broke for over 2 weeks. My air conditioner is now broke and I will have to go without for at least 4 days before someone can look at it in 90 degree weather! Animals are constantly running around chasing after you when you try to leave your apartment. I've called corporate & the manager with no resolution. Do NOT recommend unless you're desperate!!"
