"Worst place ever to try to get help! The Advocate I had was named Beverly and not only did she not help me, she did not do her job correctly and i have to pay the consequences by waiting over a yr for the help i need, deserve and was promised. She was very rude and disrespectful, even hangs up on clients when asked about concerns."

"If you don't have your children it's ok but when you do they make you miserable. The complaint box doesn't work. The owner Rachel hasn't even made an attempt to talk to me about how bad some of their workers are. They have several ladies that are good with children and other old ladies that are just rude to children and mothers ... They keep it hot and you can't open windows to regulate the rooms for the people with multiple people in a room. Worst experience my children had to go through even when going through a difficult time when they need understanding. Do better fcc do better."
