"I come to this establishment almost daily before work however, the last few weeks I have not been receiving the heat protection sleeve for my cup. I’m expected to put it on myself which defeats the purpose of “grab and go”. Yes I do understand it’s minimal but I don’t want to come in and spend time inside since I ordered online so I can come in and “grab and go”. Multiple times I have burned myself because my cup doesn’t have a sleeve or I have to wait until it gets cold to be able to consume. Of course defeating the purpose of wanting it hot."
"This has to be one of the slowest Starbucks ever! Don’t even think about taking the drive thru it’s even slower. I went inside to place my order and my goodness very slow service. We waited for a good 10 min for Emma to finally take our order. It took her at least 5 minutes to finally tell us “I’ll be with you in a minute”. I understand it gets busy but not even a greet from anyone. I rather drive to Austin for Starbucks."
"Alex, Naomi, Ella, and the entire team here do a phenomenal job and have become like family to us and part of our Sunday routine. This location is always busy, so don't be surprised if there's a bit of a wait. Somehow, they manage to do more business than most other stores in a fraction of the space with a weird layout. Hopefully, corporate will build them a new location soon."
"Lovely Starbucks experience. The location is very unique in style and layout. Our order came out perfectly. Very nice staff. Comfortable seating. A great atmosphere whether you’re hanging out or doing grab and go."
