"Not sure what's going on with Bastrops shake machines. I've gone to Arby's 3 times to get a shake and they tell me the shake machine is down. I went from Jack in the box to Arby's to get a shake and it was the same story. I am always on the go go and I like my shake treats, but guess I'm gonna just buy my own shake machine and make them myself because I'm tired of waiting in line just to be told sorry Our Shake Machine is down."

"Food was good meat could have been a little hotter, but otherwise good. Prices have gone up since last visit (understandable). Lobby is open again (only eat in, reason for not visiting sooner.)"
"We haven't been here in a while because the food was just meh. They have really stepped up their game. We got the 2 for $7 Beef and Cheddars and they were on point. Even the fries were hot and crispy. Arby's is back to having pride in their food!"
