"Very clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast! Only thing is our balcony door was tough to open and handle was broken but no biggie."
"Nice place for the price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had trouble with the fridge, but it was my misunderstanding. They have them on switches to save energy! Pool/hot tub set up is a nice setting. Room and bed comfortable. Rooms aren't sound proof BUT, it still is rather quiet. Breakfast is nice. Usual fare, waffles scrambled eggs, two kind of hasbrowns, yogurt, cottage cheese, sliced canned peaches that had good flavor, juices and more Close to the airport, but you don't hear the planes. I recommend and if I return, I will stay here. Thank you Trivago!"
"The absolute most disgusting room I’ve ever been in. Blood splatter on the curtains, red and white stains on the couch, sink was cracked with brown stains all over the bathroom area. We asked for an extra blanket so we could at least lay it down so we could sit and they said they don’t do that here."
"This hotel was near the airport in El Paso, but we didn't hear any noise from flights. A bowl game had been played in town the night before we arrived, so we couldn't check in early. That was fine; we had lunch, then went to a coffeeshop for a while. The room was comfortable, and there was a breakfast buffet included with the stay-hot and cold items."
"This could be an excellent hotel if maintenance was/is performed to keep all aspects of the guests room in working order. Safety of guests needs to be paramount and with an exterior door that doesn’t even close, I wouldn’t want my children and grandchildren in this hotel. The staff are amazing and the breakfast was tasty with many choices."
