"Check in was easy and lady at front was not rude. After settling in, I noticed the latch on our door was missing, asked for a new room after some hesitation we were moved. Several doors looked like they had been broken into, huge safety concern for families. Second room had a latch but was so loose it looked like I could take it off if I just pulled it, also not a huge fan of two rooms being separated by a thin door with a lock similar to a closet door. Did not stay the night, receptionist said she was not authorized to give refunds that I would need to get in contact with a manager. Depending on the call with the manager tomorrow I will update the rating."

"The manager here is the same manager as the place (Quality Inn) across the parking lot. He was very rude!! The rooms at Quality were absolutely disgusting, dirty, stunk and the door to one of our 2 rooms didn't even lock. When we brought it to their attention it was as if they already knew the condition of these rooms. So why are they still being rented out?! The front clerk at Quality did offer us rooms at Sleep Inn across the parking lot so we took it. Getting settled into our rooms took nearly 2 hours. Then we were offered a comp but it had to be through the manager who wasn't available at that time so we went back in the morning and he refused and didn't even apologize for what we went through. Upon check out at Sleep Inn he was there and although I was being helped by the young boy at the counter, he stepped in and refused to give me a receipt! I have never heard of this. He was rude and unprofessional. We will never be back!!"

"The team here was very hospitable. They didn't rush us at check in and our room was clean. They gave us a recommendation for a good local restaurant. Special thanks to Miss Melissa for being kind and helpful. We plan to come back here soon."

"the hotel room was not cleaned at all before us going in. there was bar soap already used and opened on the sink. the bed wasnt even tucked in, they couldn't even fake clean it. there were no towels in the room already and the tv does not work. literally do not come here. this hotel sucks. also it just smells bad. stay literally anywhere else. a motel is probably cleaner than this."

"Keys stopped working on second day and they did roomservice without us asking. Unacceptable. There isn't evem a do not disturb sign. Trash hotel. Walls are thin as tissue. The blankets are just sheets. The curtains allow all the light in at night. Says not to take food from the breakfast area, never seen that before. I go to tons of hotels amd this is easily one of the worst. Save your unintelligible reply, "hotel manager," I don't care."
