"I travel frequently for work, and I typically do not stay at a hotel for 10 days, but my stay in El Paso required me to. I ran into some issues (mostly with the room keys not working and having to replace them a few times). However, this was a minor inconvenience in comparison to the rest of my stay. The hotel staff, Isaac specifically, went above and beyond to accommodate me after my travel issues and aimed to resolve the inconveniences when they occurred. He offered me a drink voucher for the hotel bar, and this introduced me to Casanova - a very nice spot! My boyfriend and I enjoyed Oscar’s drink concoctions and conversation multiple nights, and Jorge makes great drinks as well! The hostess was so friendly, and her presence makes the hotel bar inviting. Every morning, Delia made me a spectacular iced latte at the cafe (better than Starbucks), and it made my mornings something to look forward to. The cleaning staff also did a fabulous job cleaning my room everyday, and when I did initiate a request, the front desk sent cleaning right away. All in all, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a while, and I am picky! The staff and commitment to hospitality and their guests’ experiences makes this place one worthy of recognition. I will be staying here during my future stays in El Paso, and I look forward to it! To the staff - way to make being away from home feel like home!"

"We’re part of Hilton honors and let me tell you this place is not it. They charge $18 a day for parking but if you leave and come back you get charged again. Also if you want wifi that doesn’t freeze or lag that’s an additional $18. Our room has no fridge or microwave so our food for our babies went bad. No free breakfast offered, you have to pay the restaurant that’s not really that affordable or good. I’m originally from El Paso and I feel like I missed out all the breathtaking views. I usually feel like every penny is worth but not here. More like they’re trying to squeeze out your last Pennie’s. Also the clearance sticks hit my antennas and my truck is not even that tall or lifted. Definitely won’t be staying here next time I’m in town"

"The hotel itself is great with clean rooms and good views. All the staff were friendly. Had other plans for dinner but returned to the hotel restaurant for dessert and it was great. Parking absolutely sucks! Next to no street parking available, and the hotels parking is a small unsecured lot behind the building."

"As a proud Hilton Diamond Member I have to say I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, serviceability and lack of upgrades this hotel presented. Upon check-in I was told to wait an extra 30 minutes for a room to be clean because the housekeepers “were very busy”. When we did get into our “clean” room we found hairs randomly throughout the room, counters in the bathroom and bedroom had smudges and didn’t look wiped down. Thankfully I carry my own wipes and got the job done myself. The dresser in the room did not close properly and two of the individual drawers would slide halfway open on their own. I asked for tape from the lobby and indicated that I would be using it to tape the faulty drawers shut. I was worried about my 6 year old running into them. The receptionist didn’t seem to care about the issue. The running water in both the sink and shower smelled like sewer. Broken tiles and chipped furniture throughout the entire room. Also it is 2024, how are there no USB plugs in these “deluxe” suites? We will be cringing through our night here and eager to leave tomorrow morning. I understand this review may seem petty but I have normally enjoyed and expect so much more from a Hilton branded hotel. Completely appalled that this hotel carries that name."

"I stay here around October 2023. The location was great for my business trip. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Restaurant food was good. The only problem was the dust on the dresser. This was noticed on my last night as the sun hit the dresser at just the right lighting. I spoke with the manager and he stated they are experiencing staff issues as is everywhere else but would make sure this was addressed. I plan to book another stay is a few months and hope I don't encounter the same problem."
