The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was sanctioned by the agency for to coming into the workforce center forthe job search orientation for snap after I told them multiple times that I was working at the health and human services commission in bastrop As a twa I. Venetian of that random I didn't get my the months following my job loss as a went hungry because of it. Abrogated I think I'm going to give 3 Suarez bc that's just not right. I wish they would make it right with the food stamp office."

"Bastrop Workforce Solutions is GREAT! It has been a God send to my two sons who've needed help getting their life path straight going to school. I was told about the help that they off from a co-worker of mine and I reached out right away. Mrs. Carolyn Green (of WOIA) got back to me so quickly and "hit the ground running" helping my son, and me (since we had never done this process before). She's AMAZING!! Since day 1 she has been dedicated to my son's success- she always shows up for us! She constantly goes above the call of duty- I don't know how we'd get through this without her! "The pandemic has really been horrible. It has certainly thrown my plans for finding full time employment into the dumpster. I decided to brave the storm and go to the Bastrop TWC office for some help. I caught a HUGE break. There were only two people waiting to be helped, and I was one of them! Beth was able to set me up with a Work in Texas account to look for a job. Very helpful, professional, and I was in there for about 25 minutes. There were boatloads of full-time gigs to look through. With a little luck,.I hope to be employed within the next 2 weeks. Beth, many, many thanks!"

"- 5 star rating... I just called to ask if tax service is being provided per a google search I found today from 5-7. First the woman answered the phone with a very "put out" hello. I had to ask if I had the correct phone number. Her answer was one word "yes." Then silence... I then asked about the tax prep help service, again a VERY put out leave me alone tone one word answer, "yes." I hung up at that point... I hope her supervisor sees this review. Simply uncalled for phone behavior. Get some training in proper phone etiquette."
