"I went to get my hair done for my graduation and the quality of the service was so bad. I asked for wavy hair, nothing too hard and my hair ended up so hard from all the hairspray that they put in my hair and the waves were not even made correctly. They took 45 mins to just dry my hair and they did not even know how much to charge me. I feel I was overcharged since for like 10 mins they did not want to give me a price, I had to ask twice how much was going to be. Horrible experience. I am not coming back to this salon."
