"I came here to see if they could do 1 cornrow braid in my hair. First off I walk in and everyone literally stopped in their tracks and looked at me like why the hell I was there. (I’m Mexican) They said they could, but to come back in 45 mins. I came back and sat down and asked them if they could still do it. They all looked at me and straight up ignored my question. After sitting there for 10 more minutes waiting to se if they will respond, I just walked out. I don’t know if it’s because they are racist or figured they wouldn’t make a lot of money for doing just 1 braid. I have never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism in a place of business. I DON’T recommend going here."

"They did a wonderful job on my daughter's hair! She is usually tender headed, but the beautician Mary was kind and accommodated our requests. We didn't know what to expect when we were told it was first come, first served on saturdays but it all went well, and Mary completed her head in less than a few hours. We provided photos from pinterest, and thats all they needed to create the lemonade braids/heart design. My daughter has had the braids in for a few weeks now, and it still looks good. Thank you!"

"I really enjoy allowing Mary and Chloe to braid my hair under hand goddess braids. Also, my 10 braid ponytail. Not a long wait, and the atmosphere is comfortable. All the ladies are nice. My hair is never too tight, nor do my hair come out on the sides. They care about your hair. Thank you, ladies. I will continue to bless your work."

"I would like to start by saying that I never leave negative reviews, especially for black establishments. I've had my hair braided multiple times at this salon. I've always had issues, but not to the extent to leave a review. It's always a 6 hour process due to them being busy, but my last experience was very disappointing. It took 7 hours to braid my hair. When I got home it's uneven, due to multiple workers braiding my hair. Also when my hair was finished and I asked if it was going to be cleaned up, the response was no because of the curls in which I did not understand because I've had the same style before and they were cleaned up. I understand customer service is a plus, but I was rushed out because they were busy trying to get the next client in the chair because she was upset. I paid 280 for my hair and I'm not happy. Due to rushing me I picked up my own extra hair and placed it in the bag. I'm sorry but you guys need to do better. I understand that it's important to make money but don't rush individuals that come often. I'm only one person and I don't expect anything from this review besides I recommend nurses and Healthcare workers to you. I won't do that anymore"
