"I went today to get a retouch. The lady Karina, misunderstood what I wanted, took almost 2 hours bleaching my hair, between talking to other people and leaving me unattended which I understand because it’s a business and they have to make their money but by leaving me unattended and taking too long on BLEACHING my hair (which her excuse was that my hair is too thick) my hair was very weak at the end of the process and started stretching like bubble gum. She offered to hydrate my hair and do some other heating processes to which I said no to because it was going to be too much for my hair. My ends look dead, my hair feels fried with no life. Worse experience ever. I will not be coming back ever. Attaching after and before pictures. My hair fell out."
