"I went to this salon for a blowout. My overall experience was poor. Barely any communication. I don’t talk much but majority of the salons I have ever visited were welcoming. The stylist did not explain to me what she was putting in my hair. I was very unaware that I had a permanent chemical in my hair during the wash. Found out it was not washed out completely a few weeks later by another stylist. I will be getting a pixie cut soon. I do not recommend this salon at all."

"I love this place and this was only my second time visiting. I had a bold spot on the top of my head not from GENETICS, BUT FROM NEGLIGENCE OF ANOTHER STYLIST IN HOUSTON! I have worked hard to get my bald spot to grow ( caused me 5 years of damage in one day made) and it has immensely! The STYLISTS there care and have helped in many was of my transition with this bald spot and my hair health altogether! My pics displays a 1000 words!"
