"Had fun with the family here. The server was awful. It was obvious he wasn't comfortable in this position and even though he was trying his best he barely checked on us. Delivered the wrong drinks and forgot food. When we asked another waiter for assistance she told us she didn't know where he was. When we asked her if she could take our order she said she would tell our server what we wanted. Finally our server came to check on us 15 min later to find out he was never given the order. All around service was bad. This is disturbing especially with how much we paid for the game and food. This is the second time we have had this experience and are considering not coming back. The food is always fantastic and the games are very fun, but they clearly have an issue with finding staff that enjoy being servers."

"Def the best place to have family fun. We were a party of 7 (with a 7 & 9 year old). We had a great time. The service was good and the food was tasty as well. I think we did the 90 mins for $75."
"My husband and a group of friends went here. Figured it would be fun, which it had its moments.. I'll start out with the drinks, we ordered 4 of the spiked lemonade, cost $40 which would of been okay if the picture matched the cup that it was served in. The picture on the menu was larger than the cup we got. Second the scoreboard kept freezing and not counting our hits..it was hard to switch to another player cause of this issue."
