Main Event Webster

"We celebrated our daughter's 19th birthday recently. She wanted it at the Main Event, so I reached out to the Main Event. Alie, the Event Coordinator reached out to me and helped me with the planning. She was excellent. The day before the event, I received a call confirming the event and making sure everything was set. When we arrived, they were waiting for our arrival. We had a room to ourselves. There was a buffet set up with several different pizza’s, salad and breadsticks. The food was fresh and very good. The cheese and Pepperoni Pizza went first, so they kept that restocked for the kids. Once we were done eating, we went to the bowling section. They had 2 lanes reserved for us. We had no problems with the lanes. We completed the night with the games. Every staff member we interacted with that night was very kind and helpful. Overall, everyone had a very good time. I would highly recommend the Main Event."

"I have been to MainEvent on 45 millions of times and always had a pleasant experience. Today was a huge mistake bringing the kids here for food & fun. We went to order a pizza they system was down so we had to order at the bar ok fine no biggie… I spoke with a nice lady that helped me find a table she made sure it was clean and she made sure my bar order was delivered to the table very nice lady. I got a menu to order drinks for the kids long before the food came. So the food comes to the table and I asked who was the waiter because I wanted to order drinks. He said he will find out and never comes back. We sat and waited. I had to get up and asked for plates to eat. A waiter went got the plates and didn’t bother to count the people at the table so she only gave 4 plates to a 6 people table. Now we have currently been sitting in this booth for over a hour and all the waitress walks by and not even ask do we need anything…I’m sitting in the booth as a type this review just watching. I really regret bringing the kids here I mean we ate pizza off the pizza tray and we wasn’t even offered a cup of water ….. NEVER AGAIN"
